If you invite him to minister in music at your church event and his ‘manager’ says you must send N1,000,000 or more into his account and confirm his hotel booking details before he shows up, regardless of the size of or distance to your event: he is a music merchant, not a gospel minister. There may be nothing wrong with merchandising one’s endowments for glittery livelihood: let’s simply call a spade a spade. Don’t force a spiritual ‘minister’ attire on a money-motivated music star just because he has recorded a few popular worship songs!
